Tableau Server Administrator (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Implement the development and maintenance of Tableau Server solutions
• Design and construct the Tableau foundation and implement a long-term strategy for the Tableau platform
• Build reporting infrastructures (Tableau)
• Establish standards and best practices for dashboards and related technologies for the project
• Architectural consulting for the selection of various infrastructure solutions
• Managing Tableau servers in multiple environments for maximum efficiency and performance
• Assist in handling tickets in the service desk for Tableau related issues.

Profile 
 

• Ideally over 6 months Tableau Server Admin experience
• Completed studies with focus on business informatics, computer science, business mathematics, comparable course of studies or comparable professional training
• Basic knowledge of ITIL
• Min. one year Windows Server / Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL) experience
• Experience working with virtual environments (e.g. VM ware)
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud service providers is a plus
• Initial experience in database development and business intelligence
• Experience in SQL
• Experience in web development is a plus
